The Circle Nursery

I can recommend the Circle Nursery without reservation. It’s no wonder it attracts families from far and wide.Our first grandson enjoyed four happy years here, having the very best of starts to his ‘education'. Staff engaged his curiosity and imagination, nurtured his creativity (and tolerated his strong will!), setting him up robustly ready for his next steps, resourceful and resilient.As a retired Primary headteacher, I didn’t need to read the Ofsted report to recognise excellence - not just a great site and facilities, but also an ethos and welcoming staff group that owner Alison can be proud of. You need to visit to appreciate the outstanding external environment.His 18 month old brother has recently started, and, once he’s demolished his breakfast, can’t wait to experience what each new day offers!If you are looking for nursery provision, make sure this is on your shortlist.

Our son attends The Circle Nursery in Avebury and we (including our son) absolutely love it! The outdoor space is wonderful and must be seen to be believed! The staff are all caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have made us so comfortable in the knowledge that our son is getting the best possible care, particularly during the current circumstances. He is so happy during drop off and pick up, we feel very lucky. Thank you to The Circle Nursery team!

We have had three years with kids at Circle and they have been great from the start. Cheerful and characterful with the children and efficient and organised from the office. Food is great, the outside space is brilliant. Such a great ethos. Thank you Circle!

When visiting nursery’s for my son, The Circle nursery stood out considerably. Not only is it’s village location a beautiful place for children to spend their days, the facilities and learning ethos is second to none. There is so much imagination packed into their activities- my son has thrived there, learning new things everyday in a safe and nurturing environment. The outdoor focus is brilliant- enabling kids to be kids! The staff are amazing, clearly love the children and I don’t think there has been one day that my son hasn’t skipped happily into nursery! We wholeheartedly recommend The Circle!

The Circle Nursery is Amazing; the building, the equipment, the outdoor space, the in-house catering, all the staff, the care and personal attention that each child (and their family) receives is something very special. Our son has and continues to thrive and we have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic nursery.

Beautiful nursery. My eldest left a couple of years ago as an independent, confident girl ready to brave school. My youngest is still there and loves every day she spends there. Lots and lots of outdoor time in the meadow and outdoor equipment, lots of learning and exploring through play. The staff are wonderful and my little one regards them as some of her best friends. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

The premises is a former primary school meaning there is plenty of outdoor space, unusually so in fact. There is lots of garden, playground, wildflower meadow and a climbing space to enjoy so as a result the children spend much of their time outside exploring and experiencing the seasons pass. Both my girls have been given fantastic care here.The staff here really care and get to know (/understand) the children in a way that a large multiple chain simply fall short.I am local to the site (same Parish) but Many of my daughter’s peers are ferried from miles awayWhich is testament to the outcomes achieved. This is a place of care first and a business second. I frequently recommend the nursery to people knowing that if their children end up half as confident, agile and inquisitive as my girls then the commendation was worthwhile.Particular praise is due to Sarah from the middle room who is a wonderfully attentive, caring and maternal influence upon the room, Tor who instils fun and adventure to her cohort and Alison for her selection skills.I hope those who read this review take the time to visit a really special place in the heart of a special village.
