Used to use it before I moved to flat and had wheelchair access.Since it’s been refurbished there’s a step.Telling someone who uses a wheelchair and needs wheel chair access ‘they’re sorry isn’t good enough’.Surely after refurbishment you’d consider these thing.Not impressed at all.Previous owner would have considered this.Very disappointed
