Baldev was great!! This is my first time trying to purchase a property. I was very anxious and sceptical on the procedures. Baldev made me feel very at ease and was very comforting when speaking to me so I felt very comfortable going through the process with him. He is very friendly and professional. Baldev Dhanda was not only brilliant at what he does, but was also reassuring and caring when it came to both myself and my heavily pregnant partner as first time buyers. For the pair of us to have virtually no clue or knowledge of what we were getting ourselves into, baldev was extremely helpful as well as patient in order for us to be fully comfortable and coherent with the process and we are forever grateful that we found him.

Highly recommend! I've had Baldev Dhanda as my mortgage counselor and he has been absolutely brilliant! He certainly knows his stuff and did not mind explaining things to me properly when I was unsure of the meaning. Very personable and is clearly very passionate about his job. Would always get back to me within 12h after every e-mail or missed phone call, regardless of time of the day or day of the week.

He is great, very helpful, very responsive and has the ability to explain products in a clear and concise manner that helped us in better decision making.
