I ordered some flowers as a gift for a colleague who was going on maternity leave. I asked for a splash of pink but the rest I was happy to leave up to them. The flowers arrived the next day and were perfect, a real show stopper and smelled amazing! Extremely friendly and great service, would definitely recommend!

1st time using Lilly-rose florist Hull, ordered hand tied bouquet 10mins before closing last night for delivery today am. for sisters birthday, very friendly helpful lady took order and I left flower choice to her. What a beautiful bouquet , really happy sister and great value for money.Will definitely use again. Thankyou to all the staff x

I bought a ready made bouquet in a box on Friday for £25. They had started dying off by saturday and by tuesday were unfortunately in the bin. (Yes I checked water levels).Really really gutted. They were lovely when I bought them, but at that price I would expect a little more than a couple of days.I did ask the young girl if they had been made up fresh that day and she said they had. Whilst the flowers were disappointing, I must say they young girl was polite, so cannot complain at the service.

Very nice flowers but regularly mixing together old and new flowers and that is not really acceptable. It was not one occasion either, I tried buying at least 3 times and every single time the same problem. I stopped visiting completely, but my daughter gave me flowers 2 days ago and as soonas I opened them to arrange in the vase, my first question was - did you buy it from Lilly-Rose and she said yes. I advised not to buy from there
