I want to express my gratitude to the incredibly kind lady who visited us last night when our Yorkie, who is 1.5 years old, had his first unexplained seizure. She was prompt in arriving(within 40 minutes), well-equipped, and professional; despite his poor condition, she was able to stabilize him and ultimately save his life.She tried various methods and thoroughly justified the cost of the service by explaining each step of the process.Loki received overnight care at the veterinary clinic and is now feeling much better at home!

First of all, it is truly great to have an emergency vet come to your place on a Saturday evening. The vet seemed OK but she was obviously a junior/trainer (had to confirm her diagnosis with a senior colleague by phone, which didn’t necessarily fill us with confidence) but prices are genuinely extortionate and borderline profiteering - OK the high call out fee but £44.5 for a medication you can buy for £8-10 in a shop? £500 for a visit and three injections (a similar treatment would normally cost £150-200, based on my cat’s history). Also we felt almost “scaremongered” into doing all the treatments recommended instead of the bare minimum so as to tide him over until the already booked vet appointment Monday evening - we were was told cat “had a very high fever and it was a risk not to do the full treatment”. Turns out 39.9 is not quit “a very high fever” for cats - which is above 40 - normal temperature is up to 39/39.2. Also day after our cat was still unwell, called for a follow up and was told we’d have to pay another full price call out fee. Not impressed.

We were very pleased with the care we received today from a lovely Vet. She was well equipped and provided a friendly, professional service.I would highly recommend Veteris.

This is a wonderful service. We are so grateful for their help when our dog was unwell but unable to be transported to the vet’s office. Lindsey was incredibly helpful, calming and friendly on the phone. Maela was a kind, attentive veterinarian that was able to offer everything that one might expect at the vet’s office from the comfort of our home. Thank you!

What a wonderful service! Maela arrived within half an hour of my calling Veteris late on Saturday night, equipped with a complete mobile clinic and checked my little dog Fay thoroughly, explaining everything so clearly along the way. As well as giving Fay an extensive examination, she performed a mini ultasound of her whole body, helping me understand the images, prescribed and administered the recommended medication and reassured me that my little girl was stable and not in need of emergency treatment. If required she could have also taken blood tests and carried out further appropriate investigations. As Fay wasn't eating, Maela gave her an injection of her medication, carefully showing me how to administer it orally by syringe and explaining in detail all the tablets and doses. She was so patient, kind, personable, caring, competent and thorough, spending as long as was necessary, even though the middle of the night/ early morning, to ensure that both Fay and I were left feeling totally looked after and what her symptoms were most likely indicative of. Am so impressed by this service and grateful for all the comprehensive, understanding and professional attention received. Highly recommended to anyone who, like me, finds themselves worried and panicking about a sudden change in their beloved pet's health and demeanour out of hours. Morena was absolutely great. Very caring and gentle with an elderly, sick cat and carried out extensive tests with patience and thoroughness. The two trainee vets were delightful and helpful.

Dr Maela's manner and practice was flawless. My 3 year old cat, Mallie was presenting with possible cystitis and difficulty passing urine. She advised a thorough and careful treatment plan in line with my budget and communicated the treatment plan with my vet, I was also sent a full record of the consultation. I felt reassured and fully informed every step of the way. Thank you Dr Maela - you are an excellent vet.

Although the circumstances were very sad for us, as we lost our beloved dog after almost 17 years of sharing each other's life, we appreciated your service very much. Maela, the vet who visited us, was very kind, empathic and competent. She handled everything with sensitivity and professionally. We were grateful to have her practical and emotional support in a very difficult time for us.

Saved my cat, performed an emergency procedure in my living room! Well equipped, very professional and absolute life savers. Have used them twice and I have nothing but praise, additionally they don't rip you off like large chains do on over charging. £430 for a home visit, ultrasound, injections, meds and a good couple of hours of time.

My cat casper became so poorly he could barely move, he was in so much pain I couldn’t touch him he was that bad. I was so scared thinking he was dying and he’s only 4 years old. I called Veteris never used them before but it was an emergency. They had some negative reviews so that did concern me a bit. When the vet eventually came I was so relieved, she took her time as my cat was in pain and scared and started acting up. I’ve never seen my cat so wild before he scared the life out of me suddenly turning into a demon cat. He eventually had to be madly sedated. However the vet took over handled it like a professional found a few root causes, gave all the medication. When my cat came around he was back to his pleasant self thanks to the vet. I understand people get so anxious but I don’t think this company deserves any negative reviews they were brilliant you just need to let them do their job. They are experts and they know what they are doing, they saved my cat from a lot of pain and I’m very grateful for that. I will call them back in a heart beat should anything like that happens to my pets again. I can’t remember the lovely young lady vets name but thank you. Your professionalism, patience and compassion is greatly appreciated by my family and Casper.
