We instructed We Build Essex to carry out minor works which involved replacing air bricks and improving the ventilation to the sub-floor of a residential property. Andy provided a professional service that was carried out in line with our brief and to a high standard of workmanship. Throughout the process, from inception to completion Andy was responsive and accommodated the needs of the client.

It was a pleasure dealing with Andy from WeBuildEssex in what was a very challenging refurbishment of our 1960’s house. Andy was originally recommended to us and throughout the refurbishment his excellent building and Project Management experience was evident. Andy clearly understands detailed structural engineering drawings and this enabled him to provide clear and accurate estimates for works that did not change at a later date.
