Would like to give a MASSIVE thanks to the whole team at Sarah Hickey Jewellery. Unfortunately I was a massively difficult customer, having accidentally blundered the order I made for an engagement ring. The team were all incredibly helpful in rectifying this, when it was not necessarily even their responsibility to do this. My (now) fiancé and I are incredibly grateful for everything you guys have done.

Sarah and her lovely team have created a wonderful addition to Hexham's independent businesses. Her Boutique is positioned opposite the Abbey, in a stunning building with stained glass windows, stepping into the shop literally takes your breath away with its beautiful luxe interior and all the gorgeously crafted jewellery.I have purchased a moon stone pendant for my Mum, some earrings for my sister and a secret Santa ear cuff for a colleague. All have been received with a gasp of joy.Go and find this total gem and marvel in the talent Sarah has. Truly stunning!

My wife and I both worked with Sarah to create the most beautiful, perfect bespoke engagement rings, and then again for our weddings bands too. Thoroughly enjoyed the process, 5 star service all round. Sarah and her team are so friendly, responsive and you can really tell she is passionate about what she does. If you want something no one else has, Sarah is the one for you! The most gorgeous, unique, high quality designs, cannot recommend enough. We were in constant communication via email and WhatsApp, which was a smooth and stress free process. We popped into her boutique in Hexham a few times too, which if you are able to, definitely recommend! You have been warned however, as you will want to purchase everything! Sarah worked with us to create a bespoke engagement and wedding ring(s), then later bespoke earrings for our wedding celebration in Spain. From outset Sarah was fantastic, she was responsive, passionate, skilled and listened to what we wanted - it was clear she absolutely cared about creating something we would love forever. She is a total expert in her field and sourced as beautiful stones to create the ring setting. The earrings are equally as beautiful and unique. Sarah worked hard to get the rings too us on time as the process was impacted by delays outside of her control. We did all our discussions online on on Whats App but this didn't prevent the service and experience being really personal. I am so delighted with my rings and the earrings and get asked about them all the time as they are so unique and beautiful. Would highly recommend her, without hesitation.

Picked the ring up in the boutique and was met by Sarah and her colleague who were both very supportive, helpful and informative.I was also provided with some great photographs of the ring once it was complete.

I have kept coming back to Sarah time and time again for special pieces of jewellery, because not only are they beautifully crafted, bespoke and individual, but her knowledge, adaptability and craftsmanship are second to none. Sarah had always been able to understand what I’ve wanted to achieve (even when I’ve not been able to describe it very well), and been able to suggest materials, stones and fixings which I hadn’t even considered. Each piece I’ve purchase, whether from the display or custom made is adored by my wife, and I can vouch for the durability because she wears them all the time!! This is a fantastic independent business, and whilst I would like to keep Sarah and her team as Hexhams best kept secret, I would highly recommend!
