We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Managed Technology.We purchased a reconditioned biz hub from them and now pay a fixed fee per copy which covers maintenance and supply of toner.Whenever we need a repair the engineers are quick to respond and fix the problem. Managed Tech have supplied our office printer/scanner/copier solution for several years now. The machines have always been best quality and most suitable for our needs and the service aspect has always been spot on. The few times we have needed an engineer to attend they have done so usually the same day. We just had a visit today from Halina who kindly cleaned and checked the machine over simply because she was passing by. Great service.
