I came in on Sunday 29th October in a lot of pain and for some reason the till contactless system went down and I didn’t have my card on me, I got very upset as I was in need of instant relief with what I wad purchasing and a young assistant called Ben went above and beyond in the way of helping me . I really hope the company sees this and gives him sone kind of reward

Once again, staff yelling at each other across the aisles, noisy laughter, sharing in-jokes, ignoring customers. This is a shop, not a pub or club. The only polite one is the young man behind the till.Get a grip, manager, I'm not the only one who thinks this.

As a frequent shopper here I won’t be back, whatever female shop clerk that turned away 3 people tonight for a vape needs a reality check. A woman 26, 29 and 50! What happened to the think 25 policy? Whoever was on till needs a serious talk with themselves. 5 years living in Canterbury never had an issue here until this absolute joke, to turn a woman in her 50’s away for a vape is beyond ridiculous. You even asked a lady at 26 for id for an energy drink? Then refused the vape to the 29 year old and 50 year old?

Good for little shopping, some packed lunches, instant noodles are just fine. They do have nice selection of cat treats though. It's good if your cats run hungry on a Sunday evening when other shops are closed.

It’s our local branch ,can get most of the essential items,but the prices are slightly above compared to large Sainsbury’s branch and they do not keep that many own brands,example are eggs,they keep expensive ones not the Sainsbury’s own brand which are cheap to buy,overall it’s a clean shop and staff are excellent ,can get most of the day to day items.

Staff talk to each sometimes when serving on their headsets they will sometimes will look for stock not on the shelf but rarely will and have pointless foreign food sections that hardly anyone buys from needs an overhaul really needs better stock.
