Travel SOS

We booked travel SOS for return Birmingham airport transfers for our family holiday. Our outbound early flight meant that we needed to be picked up at 330am!! Our driver text us the night before to introduce himself and to confirm the exact time and location for the pick up. He was there 10 minutes early for the pick up and loaded all the bags to ensure nothing was damaged or forgotten. The drive was very smooth and comfortable and the driver was courteous and professional throughout. Our return trip was the same experience. When we landed I received a text message and call from the driver confirming he was waiting outside the airport for us. Again the whole experience was a lesson in courtesy and professionalism. I cannot recommend TravelSOS enough!!! So much better than a standard taxi service especially for a larger group with lots of luggage.

SOS Travel offers an affordable price for any excursion. We use their new mini bus which has excellent features. Seats is very comfortable. They have experience and friendly drivers. I would use them again without hesitation.

Travel SOS did an incredible job transferring all of our guests for our wedding. Every transfer was on time and without a single issue. They were very quick to respond to our queries and accommodated all of our requests even our last minute changes. They did put our minds at ease and we were able to focus on the wedding.
