recently purchased the Arredoclassic Adora Ambra 160cm Dining Table from Interiors Italia, and I could not be more thrilled with my purchase. I was lied that the table will arrive before Xmas then when it did arrive nearly two months later I wasn't told that the extension will come another month or so later!! They tried to put the blame on me, so when I ask for a refund I'm told which website did I see it on as its 75 for the delivery fee.. Since I bought a bedroom set which came bigger than my king mattress with the wrong slabs which I couldn't use for months, had to wait for correct bed slabs to be sent and the previous collected.. To save on their delivery fees they wanted to do everything in one day, so 2/3 weeks later they collect the table, old slabs and deliver new slabs but charge me in the process for the table!! Not only do I need to buy a new super king matrass but I needed my refund to buy a table from Manchester which Sanj the manager promised me all will be in account. I booked a van, paid deposit, wasted on the petrol to only be told '' take a hotel in Manchester it's a nice city '' Saturday I had important clients coming over so I had to get back to London but Sanj was ignoring me the whole day and saying I was will be paid before 5pm.. I only received the payment today and they collected on Tuesday, had he told me and not lied I would of not waseed all this money on hotel and food over 100 pounds if I had not been lied to. Is this how customers should be treated ??? I'm going to take things further, as I read other reviews you always delay the delivery and have second hand furniture and when we demand refunds you make up foolish excuses. Sanj was not only not professional but a liar who made me take two days work that's 300 a day as promised the delivery will be the Thursday then the Friday, making me cancel my clients again. The lady is very rude and deliberately made up numbers of my card four times mistakes that I haven't even mentioned!! They probably wanted an excuse to blame me that I gave the wrong card details so the refund won't be completed!! Biggest regret to ever have any business with this company not only are they corrupt but he tried to make me buy from him offering super king mattress for 600 saying he will offer half price on that when they are alredy 350 in this season!! And to make me buy a table from him not to go Manchester... The only reason I was even going was I because I needed a table quick and because of them 3 months wasted. This company with its corrupt employees who do not help and say oh Sanj is dealing with this etc etc excuses. Be careful and always read reviews is my advice

Spent £4.5K with this store over a year ago and more than a year later after many phone calls, texts and emails we’re still waiting for the damaged dining table to be replaced. Customer Service almost non-existent. Calling into the store gets a response but only a false promise of action.

I would like say how pleased I was with service I received from the beginning of ordering the furniture to receiving it. The staff where very pleasant and very officiant couldn't do enough to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I had ordered. The delivery was estimated 4 to 6 weeks it arrived at 4 weeks.The furniture itself is very well made and the finish is superb. I am over the moon it is beautiful quality and very well priced too.

Some of there furnitures are made from chip wood thy don’t tell you it’s easily broken. Divan part of the beds are not good either cannot bear weight. Plus the owner Sanj owes me £1000 since 2015 & refused to repay every time they’re unable to find receipt so be careful.

Terrible and costly experience with this company. Ongoing. Ordered 4 x new dining chairs at £600. Promises to deliver for 3 weeks. Lots of delays. When chairs arrived. Very poorly packaged and damaged.1 chair was new with fire labels attached. Other 3 in secondhand/used condition. No labels attached. Have asked for £150 back. Only because they match 4 other chairs that I already had. Otherwise would have insisted on full refund. May have to small claim. Advice. Go elsewhere. Do not trust this company. They blame their customers when the company is in the wrong. And they twist the truth to suit them. Buyers beware.

Terrible client service. We bought a dressing table last year and within 5 months of delivery one of the drawer bottom fell apart. We raised the issue with them on November 2019 and again on December 2019. Till to date no resoulation. Every phone call with them is a pain. We have to remind them of the issue from the scratch. They completely deny ever having heard about the issue in the first place! Please avoid InteriorsItalia like a plague. Not worth the trouble.

Ordered table which had 6 week delivery time. Six weeks came and went…. Could not get through on phone (mailbox full), no response to email or online contact form. Eventually got a response on Facebook and given owner’s mobile number. Said he would look into it and get back to me on Monday. After a week I contacted again via whatsapp - ignored me. I sent further messages asking if he could let me know if the order would be fulfilled or not (I hadn’t paid any money so happy to go elsewhere). Ignored again. Went elsewhere and obtained the item with first class customer service unlike this place. Avoid! And FYI - manners cost nothing.

Appalling company, ordered an item in September, didn’t receive it, chased for 3 months, apparently there is no order number, even though I provided proof of purchase. Sanj stated as far as they are concerned I’ve received the item but as a gesture of goodwill they’ll order it again! So called me a liar and a thief… when I said provide evidence of an order number and delivery he hung up on me… if I could give 0 I would!
