I recently took part in a 2 day leadership skills course. It was one of the best courses I have ever done. I learnt so many useful skills to take back to the workplace, and I also learnt a lot about myself too. Colin kept things interesting with a range of learning activities & discussions. Completed the 2 Day Manage with Meaning , Lead with Purpose course last week with Colin . It was a fantastic course . We worked with Colin to help us understand how we would embed our values into our behaviours and actions on a day to day basis. Colin was a fantastic facilitator and did lots of work before our Board and staff sessions to understand the business and make the session very specific to our needs and the topic we were looking to discuss.
