Lovely place . Great parking. Clean and spacious rooms. Power points for mobiles. Batch. Just make sure you book 2 nights if want food. Service absolutely disappointing. Staff left you waiting at bar. One staff member just sat playing on phone. Decided not to eat and drink and went back to my room. None of the ordering apps worked. Very disappointed. Won't be sending staff to this place. They go hungry. !!!!!!!!

Lovely hotel wish we had booked our first night in here really as it was the better out of the 2 we stayed in over the week. Rooms are clean and smart. Pub food next door is fab and the staff are lovely.

It was my daughter that stayed there and she really enjoyed her stay,she did say the food was good but a bit expensive but overall enjoyed her stay and would not hesitate staying or recommending it for people to stay ,the only thing that was disappointing was that someone caught her car and didn't own up might be a good idea to get cameras on car park .

Very clean and quiet. Food service was good and the price was competitive. Being close to the motorway makes it very accessible.

Staff Christmas do was brilliant, lovely venue, amazing attentive staff, great food. The willows is the ideal place to chill and and dine with friends and family. Thank you for a lovely evening from all at Belmont Secondary.

Very nice room similar to Premier Inn. Very friendly staff & good food. Reasonably priced.

Simple, not too expensive, cosy and relaxing.The willows is situated not 2 minutes away from the M65 and only 4-5 minutes drive in tight center of Blackburn. Attach that to a well priced bar and restaurant as well as a 24 hour Starbucks, Subway and Spar just over the road and you have yourself a very convenient and not to expensive hotel.The staff are quite friendly but do expect a wait to get signed in to your room as the staff are both reception and bar and there is only ever one staff member to handle reception.You'll find a handy time poster in the entrance for breakfast times but to help you before you buy know that the best times are 7 - 8 (Right as they start) and after 10:00. 8:00 - 10:00 are the busiest times.If you are on a business trip or just in the area then I'd highly recommend this location to stay at, ask for the following rooms as well 202, 204, 206 & 208. These rooms over look a lovely reservoir.

Good cheap place to stay. Breakfast OK

What a great find. staff very efficient,going all out to accommodate our 3 year old great grand daughters dairy problems, when it came to breakfast,which was served up hot and ample.Lovely clean and tidy room with fresh white linen ,thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome for our short stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely, clean and comfortable. Excellent food and brilliant helpful staff. Highly recommended.
