My husband had a new Haibike AllMtn 5 delivered yesterday after only ordering it the day before. It arrived without a scratch as it was expertly packed with great care. Fantastic service and great knowledge . When cleaning my Orbea rise seatpost I managed to disconnect the dropper post cable . I called these guys as it’s where I purchased the bike and not only did they fit me in quickly they also repaired FOC and adjusted the brake callipers pistons as well .Fantastic service and they will be recommended.CheersMartin

Absolutely superb customer service: I ordered an e-mountain bike online on Saturday evening and then phoned to see how long it might take to get it delivered. The member of staff said they were quite short staffed at the moment but that they hoped to get it sent out on Monday. Sure enough, bike arrived on Tuesday. Upon unwrapping the bike, there was a slight scratch on the handlebar (which could have been caused at any point in the supply chain). I emailed customer service and they said they would send me out a new handlebar over the coming days. The handlebar arrived the following day! I've also had a couple of other queries which I've sent via website chat facility. A member of staff has got back to me promptly on each occasion. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. Super job guys!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Received my Haibike flyon 5 well packaged on arranged date and found front tyre to be faulty, sent email with picture and a replacement was sent out to arrive next day. So great after sale service. The bike is everything I expected and climbed all the hills in the lincolnshire wolds with ease and great for a bit of off roading as well.Update, Unfortunately this bike had a lot of gremlins in it and was proving hard to get sorted but pleased to say the e-bikeshop supplied me with a brand new replacement bike so looking forward to getting out riding again.

Excellent from initial email , understand it's not a drop in shop but a proper booked appointment where you get a one to one service with no other customers to bother you and a staff to yourself for that period. A team of clearly passionate staff who understood what I needed and delivered a grade a service with a bike in stock at the most competitive price. No pressure to buy and was able to test ride the bike I actually wanted.There was nothing I could fault. This is my first ebike and I love it so far! Although I'm in Yorkshire I made the decision to in 2016 to purchase my first e-bike - a Haibike Fatsix from these guys, based on other reviews and the overall helpfulness and expert advice I got via email and phone ... four years later and I'm pleased to report that everything is still the same if not better. Great people. Superb service. Highly recommend. Bike is still awesome, used almost daily with only minor issues.

I bought a haibike trekking 6 order no EB23061 from ebike direct. Absolutely regretted my decision since then. The gear shifting was poor and chain used to come off quite frequently. The hydraulic brakes needed bleeding - the front one was especially loose. I asked them to sort the issues but they kept on asking me for more & more pictures and once I sent few, they used to ask for more pictures but no resolution to the problems, delaying the issue at hand for months leaving me with an. unrideable bike. I called them multiple times and at one occasion, I was told that if I want them to sort it out, I would have to send the bike back bearing the cost of postage. In the end, I booked the bike for service with a local mechanic and got these issues sorted out for 200 quid - about the same cost as postage with added convenience and peace of mind rather trusting ebike shop. Absolutely avoid them at all costs, please

Bought 2 Cube Touring Hybrid ebikes and have had them for just over a week. The guys at e-Bikeshop.co.uk really know their stuff, offer advice and useful suggestions and deliver a very high quality service at a great price.The bikes; both Trapeze frame, one 46cm Touring Hybrid Pro 500 and the other a 50cm Kathmandu EXE are superb pieces of kit. Well made, exceptionally good to ride and built to a very high standard.Both bikes were well packaged and additional items we bought were also of high quality and equally well packages for delivery.Early days yet as I have only completed 65 miles on mine in a week, my wife has done 35 miles but we are both delighted with the ride, comfort and smoothness of the Bosch systems. You still have to do some pedal work so it is not a 'free ride' but the tedium of long or steep hills has been taken away. Now for the first time I have to chase my wife up hills as she has found the 'turbo' assist function.If you are considering an eBike then I would recommend Cube but even more strongly recommend e-bikeshop.co.uk as your supplier.Thanks guysIanWest YorkshirePost Script 20 December 2020I had occasion to call e-Bikeshop.co.uk in relation to a technical issue.
