Nuneaton Registration Office

I had to collect the death certificate as my Mum passed away in January. Very impersonal. Given a form to complete in reception. Hardly any room and not even offered a seat or any privacy. I asked for the information pack and 'tell us once form' that I wanted to use but was told they didn't have it there so it would be posted. Chased them a week later and was told they would post it either that or the next depending how busy they were. Almost another week gone by and still no sign of it. This is a very difficult time and I expect the staff at the office to understand that and make sure they do their bit correctly. I hope the office staff read this review and give some thought as to how they must improve.

Been here for a couple of weddings very formal but still has a nice vibe.

Booked a time slot for 4pm for 17th January. Got a call from them a week after I booked it saying they don't take bookings after 3pm although they were appointment allocated on the website. Also got told the waiting list was now 2 Months and the lady on the phone had attitude and hung up!!! AVOID

Got married here and the staff on the day were lovely, a nice balance of professional, enthusiasm and happiness. Thank you to Dionne, Julie and the usher.

Absolutely rude ignorant woman, said a name was spelt wrong, he will spend the rest of his life telling people how to spell it, how a mother wants to spell a name she has chosen is entirely up to her. Was meant to be a special moment, that awful woman spoilt it , she needs sacking.

Hot married here on 17th june staff were all lovely
