The service received at Hedge End garage was great and pleasant. There were rooms with desk at the waiting area so I could work while waiting for the car service. Jerry has been great in updating me with the progress and also given me further information on service plan.

I was greeted on arrival and escorted to a parking space. I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. As this wasn't my local dealership, I was unable to leave so the staff very kindly made sure my MOT was completed as soon as they were able. Which I appreciated greatly.The hospitality and attentive service was so lovely. I shall make a special trip to this branch in the future.
