If you're spending £5 on a sandwich, you expect it to not have less filling than a Tesco £1 premade.

When they are at their best Philpotts is the best but too often they are out of certain items, throw things on the sandwich without asking exactly what you want, they don’t toast enough, they don’t cut your sandwich in half and the hand sanitizer is far too sensitive. They can also be inconsistent with prices and charge more or less for the same dish so. Still better than subway in terms of selection and friendly staff. I’d recommend going early.

Not a very good visit to the shop the staff are nice but they dont really help with any problems, its actually an inconvenience for them. they ran out of meat at the start of lunch service 12.20pm and then tried to charge me extra to replace it with another meat and when I queried this they were very dismissive... I will not be back again as i had to go back and ask for it to be retoasted only to be asked if ive paid for it.... Also it was very over priced for standard sandwich fillings and they try to charge extra for anything they can rather than making the customer happy

The store was lovely and well presented. The food was prepared fresh and quickly. The conversations were pleasant. The only issue I found was that the bag my role was in got soaked in grease, regardless still deserves the 5 star.

First time there today and wow I got a Yorkshire pudding Christmas wrap and it was amazing so delishus. Amazing service with a smile prices good as well.

Was excited to try their gluten free options but it’s overpriced for what I can actually eat. Overall the staff don’t know much about allergens and the ingredients of their food. Also spent about 30 mins in that queue£5.95 for a bog standard sandwich + 50p for the and GF bread + £2 for vegan cheese, plus another £1 if you want it toasted.£8.50 for a 3 ingredient sandwich is wild

The only decent place in the area for a customizable and healthy meal.I'm taking off one star because the hours are terrible. It says they're open until 2:30, but in practice, the whole store is shut by then.

Very nice and friendly staff, fresh food made jist in front of the customer, many choices, very busy and relatibeley small place, the busiest time is between 1pm and 2pm, bit expensive food, hot food takes long time to make for noodels i was told 10 minutes so i went for roast instead and soup, have not seen toilets there, recomend it
