Primrose was an absolute dream to work with as my chosen florist for my wedding. She was exceptionally personable & made me feel that she was just as excited about my flowers as I was! I had a vision of using Proteas as the central theme to my wedding & Primrose couldn’t have been more embracing and enthusiastic about bringing my vision to life. She listened & took on board my ideas as well as helpfully sharing her own. She also helpfully worked around my budget with all costs clearly laid out in a well drawn up proposal before everything was confirmed. On the morning of our wedding Primrose delivered the most beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids & I as well as buttonholes & corsages for the rest of the bridal party. The bouquets were more than I could have imagined, a perfect blend of bold colours with the striking king protea as the centre piece! I almost cried I was so happy!The professionalism of the Flowers by Primrose team was second to none. They were on time on the day, set up the urn-style flower arrangements in the church before the ceremony & swiftly collected & took the same arrangements to the reception venue where they were set up to be enjoyed all over again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flowers by Primrose to anyone looking for a professional florist with the personal touch that will add the finishing touch to your special day!

Flowers by Primrose conducted a flower crown workshop for a hen-do I was on. Not an activity I'd ever thought of, but it was so much fun and we were all obsessed with our crowns at the end (even mine looked quite nice!) Primrose was amazing, I would highly recommend!

Primrose was a fantastic vendor for our wedding. She was really personable and had some amazing suggestions when we went through what we were looking for.She shared mood boards with clear visuals of what we discussed and kept us in the loop with delivery.The results were perfect and all delivered on time. Primrose was incredible to work with from start to finish, she firstly took the time to really understand what I wanted, she was very responsive throughout the process and sent over a beautiful and professional proposal, with everything laid out clearly. Her prices were fair and the breakdown of costs proved so too. On the day she was on time and worked quickly to get the venue set up before guests arrived, and she delivered the most insanely beautiful bouquet for myself and my bridesmaids, they completely blew me away. She also provided the most charming buttonholes that matched the bouquets for my husband and the groomsman too. Later for the wedding breakfast she seamlessly set up all the centerpieces and absolutely nailed the aesthetic I was after. It was just perfect and by far exceeded my expectations. The Flowers by Primrose team were extremely warm, friendly and professional to work with during the whole process, and honestly seemed genuinely happy and excited for me on the big day, which was really nice to experience from a supplier. Would 100% recommend, and have done so already to several of my friends!

We had asked Primrose to create two bouquets for mother of the groom and mother of the bride at our recent wedding, so we could present them as gifts, they were absolutely perfect. We had already arranged other wedding flowers but Primrose took our existing theme and added her own touch to create two beautiful bouquets that not only looked unique but also blended with our other colours, she also provided vases for them off her own accord. Needless to say the mothers were delighted and we couldn't have been more happy with how the flowers turned out. Thank you Flowers by Primrose!

The quotation for providing the flowers on our wedding was the best of 12 quotations therefore, we choose them.Everything relating to the service provided was professional and carried out with maximum efficiency. We quite simply could not fault the service.The advice given due to our lack of knowledge relating to the flowers to choose and the setup at the venue made our wedding day even more special. They were Simply the Best!!

Primrose organised and led a flower crown activity at my hen do. It was an absolute highlight! Every small detail was looked after and Primrose was so knowledgable and relaxed with everyone as she guided us through the session. We wore the crowns all night and they were so beautiful made of the most stunning flowers!

Excellent communication with Primrose regarding funeral flowers. She understood my requirements and the flowers were just beautiful. They were delivered to the Funeral Director on the morning and she made the process easy and stress free. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
