I repeatedly used these guys due to the prices of the carpets which were decent, i also support small businesses and continued to use them even after the following mistakes happened over the last 8 years :-1. Stairs carpet, brought and fitted wrong carpet2. Lino, brought and fitted wrong lino3. New stairs carpet, fitted appalling, had to come back to re fit4. Dining room carpet - baggy not fitted correct, then got told it would sort itself" fitters had to come back. Call carpets direct and we somehow got the blame for not "watching the fitters".As mentioned love supporting small businesses but gone beyond point of using again I'm afraid."

Had various carpets and laminate from here over the years, latest being stairs carpet fitted a couple of weeks back. All very professionally fitted and the guys in the shop very helpful with advice. Great value all round

It’s not often I write reviews but we have used this company several times. The choice is excellent including roll ends and the service is superb. Cheaper than the big Wakefield stores and with a personal touch. You won’t be disappointed
