This is our go to place for our little cat and he absolutely loves it here. He’s been looked after incredibly well by Alisha & the team, and always came back home relaxed and happy. I can’t thank them enough for the care and kindness they pour into looking after their whiskered guests.

This cattery is amazing. First time using them and would highly recommend. Alisha is just so lovely and kept sending us updates of the cats with pictures and videos so we knew they were okay. One of our cats is very timid with new people and normally comes home from other catterys feeling quite stressed however both cats arrived home really happy and calm which is a first! We were running slightly late on pick up due to traffic and Alisha kindly stayed past her finishing time so we could pick the cats up. I wouldn't hesitate to use this cattery again or recommend to others!

We left our cat, Penny, in their care whilst we were on holiday! I was so anxious about leaving her as it was the first time since we rescued her and she can be quiet an anxious girl. Katie was so lovely, reassuring and gave me regularly updates and pictures. When we came to collect her it was so clear that Penny had been shown so much love and had been very well looked after! I highly recommend QCC. Thank you!!

No hesitation in recommending Queen Charlton Cattery. My cat is pretty grumpy and not a people person but she was very chilled and clearly well looked after when I picked her up. Will definitely be using again! Thanks so much Alisha for the updates and keeping our fur baby happy.

This was my first experience using queen charlton cattery, and i had to leave a review. As it was just fantastic!My cat has come home so happy and content from her stay, i was a bit anxious about her first stay as she can be quite timid, and in previous catterys has spent most of her time in her carry box. but the cattery gave me updates and also some pics of her really settled and happy!I cannot recommend these guys enough, i will exclusively use this cattery from now on!Thank you again to all the staff!

We have boarded our cat here exclusively for the past couple of years and our cat has always come back relaxed and happy. The staff clearly all love cats and have gotten to know him well during his visits! Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved Persian cat, Milo, to Queen Charlton Cattery's care while my family and I were on holiday. I couldn't have been more pleased with the exceptional service provided. Lucy went above and beyond to ensure Milo's comfort and well-being. From the moment we dropped him off until the day we returned, it was evident that Milo was in great hands. The cattery's clean and spacious facilities, along with the attentive care provided, gave me peace of mind during our vacation. I highly recommend Queen Charlton Cattery for their excellent service and the genuine care they extended to Milo.
