Adam was a professional throughout the whole the process from booking the appointment, ensuring my father before starting anything and then conducting a very pleasant procedure. Excellent service. The doctor even demonstrated the suction level beforehand.Was in and out within 10 minutes. Had a little discomfort in my left ear afterwards, but that's likely due to needing to be more thorough in that ear, and the skin being exposed to the air again.I can hear myself so clearly I'm so happy :D

Attended Charter Avenue Clinic today.Was a little nervous as it was my first visit.Adam immediately put me at my ease, in explaining everything and took time to do this .I would recommend this procedure. It takes no time and very gentle on the ears. Thanks again Adam.

I went for micro-suction at the Kings Heath surgery on Alcester Road.I’ve had micro-suction before at other places with varying results. However, I highly recommend the Ear Wax Specialist at Kings Heath. He is by far the best I’ve encountered: friendly, quick, skilled and – most importantly – highly effective. He was done in 10 minutes. Compare that to my last experience at Boots, where it took the practioner 45 minutes and they still didn’t remove all the wax.No need to go anywhere else. 5 stars.

Great service and excellent results. The procedure was very well explained and the microsuction wax removal only took about 20 mins for both ears and was completely painless. The difference, especially in my right ear (which had the worst blockage) is really noticeable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. After a month of muffled hearing, a trip to the doctors and money spent on endless varieties of ear drops l can hear.Completely painless and very quick.Procedure was fully explained and Abdul was courteous, professional and explained what he was doing through out. Above all I now have perfect hearing and would recommend the Earwax clinic to anyone.
