Nice relaxing morning, good value, few areas could do with an update like changing facilities etc but enjoyed my time

Very good hotel

Went for my best friend's birthday. Upon arrival no staff anywhere we had to ask at the hotel who said its nothing to do with them. Paid extra for spa access to find the steam room was closed and the door to the sauna wouldn't close. Complained but no refund offered. Had to pay extra for a robe and slippers which surely should be provided by a spa? The treatments were okay apart from I stressed at the start that I had severe eczema and couldn't have anything scented. But scented products were still used leaving my face sore and blotchy for days after. All in all very disappointed.

Hands down best spa experience I have ever had. Both staff members we met were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The massage and the facial were amazing and I felt incredibly relaxed. The facilities were so clean and so well kept as well. Even the cream tea was impressive, with fresh scones and lovely coffee.Must visit.

We went today for a friend's birthday, the treatments were fantastic along with the service, we also had afternoon tea which was very tasty and presented very well, our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly, thank you for a fabulous day.

Such a lovely place staff kind and so helpful. Facilities super clean and tidy. I love being a member and certainly improved my wellbeing.
