Good coffee comfortable seating. Slow service as a walk in as they concentrate on the drive thru customers even ones after you. The walls around the seating area need a wipe down and the tables are sometimes neglected from being cleared. All in all a nice Starbucks but needs some attention to hygiene of the customer seating area.

Regularly visit here but so disappointed that they removed gluten free food options during covid, apart from one granola bar, yippee! I'm also soya intolerant so just about all the cakes include this. I note online Starbucks stated that they removed gluten free options due to poor sales. The amount of people that have gluten intolerance or coeliac is on the increase and the market is projected to grow by billions in the next 10 years so this sounds like a very short sighted approach by Starbucks. The accountants definitely had they're way in this decision.Only have food a 2 star because of this.

Lovely Starbucks but, like this frachise's one at Ashchurch by M5 J9, it is spoiled by the toilets. One out of order the gents filthy. Mind, Ashchurch Starbucks was truely dreadful! The air conditioning kit......

The place is pretty new, seemed generally clean and tidy. Used drive though on this occasion. Really long wait to be served.They really struggled to take the order or understand it over the mic.Also struggled to reload card and take payment, as my in-app reloading wasn't working.The food and frappe were good

Hello first time we went to Starbucks drive thru in Ashby de la Zouch and will be the last. You had a very bad attitude member of staff blonde hair young girl. Had attitude the whole process and disappointed it’s 12 at the time and you had no food items according to her. We said 3 smoothies and she asked again 3! We said yes at the end she said sorry says one. And she said no more chicken pannis yet gave us 2 and sticker says white coffee yet she gave black. Very disorganised but disgusted with her attitude and behaviour towards my husband as he was hard of hearing instead of saying we unfortunately don’t have any he didn’t hear she didn’t need to be rude and say I said we don’t have any. Disgusting.

Great place to chill and have a coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful, it was very clean inside, plenty of free parking, toilets were clean. You could chat to each other without having to shout. Thanks

I was served by Roman on the till. He was incredibly polite and friendly and very chatty with me. Absolutely fantastic customer service.Drinks were made by Ellie who made them quickly and they were delicious.Both are a credit to the team.General cafe was clean and tidy, very nicely decorated - overall great atmosphere. Would definitely return here.

The worst toilets I've been to in a Starbucks. Old vomit on the floor. Dirty marks on all of the doors. The staff stood chatting and asked me to repeat my order four times and still got it wrong. The mocha I ordered was un drinkable. All this at half 8 on Sunday morning. Only two customers in the restaurant. So staff not exactly rushed off there feet

Right beside the A42/M42 - not really signposted from the highway but close enough for a pitstop to pick up a drink. There's a petrol station and a mini Asda too.
