On yer bike

I've been using these guys for well over 5 years now, and they have done pretty much ever repair on a bike possible. Wheel rebuilds, suspension services, frame bearings, the lot. Never had any problems, and they are super friendly guys Great service.

Told me £20 for the part I needed and £15 fitting on phone. So took my bike down, all of a sudden it's going to cost roughly £70/80"Completely wasted my time. Will not be returning again. I do not recommend at all."

Excellent service! My wife suffers from a hand and wrist condition which started to make it impossible to ride her bike. These guys took up the challenge and changed brakes and gear changers to suit her and at a reasonable price Result?...3 weeks of pain free cycling in France. Very pleased with these guys. We would recommend unreservedly.

Fully recommend this place, fixed my bike and was really cheap

Decent local bike shop. Bought a few bits from them over the years and they are always friendly. Worth calling on phone as they always seem to have bits and bobs that other bike shops don't stock if you ask them. Sorted me out some single speed conversion bits recently that I couldn't find in stock anywhere, for a jump bike I'm building. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, very accomodating..However the price was more than I was expecting, based on what I'd been told.Would of been 5 stars if I'd of been kept informed of the cost before the work was carried out..

Took an E Scooter to get the tire changed. Bought the tire and inner tube myself to make the job easy. Took 3 weeks for them to change the tire… ok, fair enough I imagine it’s busy at this time of year.The reason I am leaving one star though and never coming back here again is because whoever put my new tire on didn’t thread the metal air valve through the rim properly and the weight of me and the scooter has basically pushed the valve into my inner tube and ripped it. How did I find out? When I nearly got crushed by a bus as I was riding home from work, the back tire got pulled off the rim and jammed while I was riding at almost 40mph, throwing me off the scooter and sliding into the other side of the road. I almost went under the wheels of a bus.Look I know you don’t charge much for the tire change, but I genuinely would have paid a lot more than £15 to not ruin a brand new tire in a week and almost die on the way home from work because you can’t be arsed to thread the air valve through properly. I took it to a professional to have it done properly because I didn’t want to do a bodge job, and put my safety at risk. All that I got was a 3 week wait, a ripped inner tube and a near death experience.Please be more responsible in the future, you’re not repairing toys. You’re being trusted to repair a vehicle that can kill someone if it’s not done properly.

I had a great experience in this bike shop... I'd been having difficulty inserting the battery into the chamber on my electric bike. I called the shop asked if it was ok to pop by... it was and it was sorted, with some guidance thrown in! Can't speak highly enough about the service I received! Minimum of 5 stars!!! Thank you on yer bike!

Needed some parts / work doing on the downhill rig, working in the area and didn't have time to sort myself until Ireturned home in mid Wales. I think his name was Andy in the shop (apologies, can't remember it) carried out the work required, a few days sooner than expected too and at a very reasonable cost. Felt like I had received good service, would definitely use again as and when in the area. Only slight criticism is parking - while it was the middle of winter and I'm not from the area so don't know it, as it was dark and raining each time I went to the shop I don't know / couldn't see if they have parking but it's on the junction of a busy road and slightly less busy side street. While I was able to park 50 yards down the road each time it would have been nice to be a little closer and not on such a busy road - but as I said, I don't know the area and where to park around there. Apart from that, many thanks from a satisfied customer.
