James Grierson Decorating

We have recently had a complete refurb of our downstairs done and the decorating work that James has done is of a fantastic standard. However, after arriving home after the job was done I noticed that only one side of the brand new living room door & the new cupboard doors under the stairs had been painted. We messaged James straight away to ask if he could arrange to come back and paint them (I was willing to pay extra if he said it wasn't covered in the quote) but he never responded. Within a couple of days we messaged again to say we had spotted an oily mark on the paintwork (probably caused by our children) and asked if he still had any of the paint left that we could have just to touch it up. Again we have had no response whatsoever. It's such a shame that his customer service skills don't match his decorating skills. Very disappointed.
