I had some problems with my car which is an automatic gearbox and it was showing me in the dashboard “check gearbox “ and it had shifting issues, I go to TT autos and left it there for two weeks and then the guy from there told me that he checked it and it’s all good, no problem, it was just a sensor and he replace it. That cost me 100£. After a few days my gearbox just went off completely I couldn’t reverse or anything else, I called the guy and I told him what happened and he told me to get the car there with recovery and he will check it, he told me that the transmission is completely gone and I have to scrap it and get 260£ from the scrap or to find another second hand transmission which is like 500£ and another 300£ for his labour. I started searching for a transmission but I didn’t know if it will fit or not and I sent it to him on WhatsApp to check it, after one month he doesn’t even see my messages and I have to scrap the car and made me thinking that he didn’t check the transmission at all just decided to delete the fault to stop showing me in the dashboard and that was it because otherwise it would be almost impossible to break down just after a few days out from the mechanic check.

Very disappointed I've received my car In worse condition then I put to the garage.On pictures my brake disc after they were fixing wheel bearing,front wheel wasn't even attached properly. I gave it back to fix what they messed up few days ag. I've called them tis morning just to hear that they had no time to look at it yet. So no words as I was a customer for a long time so disrespectful.

Very reliable service. I've been here to do my MOT for my Mercedes a couple of days ago, and the guy who looked after it was very attentive and helpful.Although I had the MOT booked, I was a few minutes late, but they've still looked after my car in a very short time.Definitely recommend them as they provide good and high-quality customer care services.
