Working with Kevin, I have doubled my barbell squat PB in under 3 months and I am consistently lifting heavier weights with better and much safer technique across all major lifts! The coaching and support has rejuvenated my weights training regime after hitting a plateau. A worthwhile investment!

Went to Kevin with some goals in mind and wanted to try Olympic style lifting.After 12 weeks with his help and tutoring, I've managed to smash all the short-term goals I wanted to do.He's very knowledgeable and patient and helps you push yourself and gives you a good nudge in the right direction as well. He has helped me with my mobility as well as my form and given me more confidence in myself to achieve heavier lifts and longer term fitness goals.Kevin is also really good to get along with, was nice to be able to talk about games(ask him how diablo is going!) and films and other nerdy things.Couldn't rate Kevin more!

Kevin is absolutely amazing, I have been training with him for over a year now and I've made so much progress with my strength & fat loss.The key things I enjoy about working with Kevin is that he's so understanding & flexible, and doesn't trigger any kind of fear with foods or weight etc. I didn't want to get too caught up on numbers on the scale / have a fear of certain foods etc and build an unhealthy habit that is very common in the fitness industry. I just wanted to be healthier, work off pandemic weight and feel stronger!I've worked other trainers before who didn't understand or try to work with my usual diet/food culture, (Asian & South East Asian foods) - so plain chicken and rice is not something I can survive on haha! Kevin really understands that and makes an effort to help find foods that I can work into my usual flavours etc whilst upping nutrition and protein.Another plus is that he's just a nice person and so easy to talk to so even when he's adding on more weights or tells you one more even when you already did one more :') , the time in sessions blows by!100% recommend working with him, could not work with anyone else now!

Having never had a personal trainer or the confidence to use free weights this was a whole new experience for me.I chose Kevin initially because of his experience, however it became clear that I had chosen correctly.Not only is Kevin very experienced and qualified but he is also very approachable.The way Kevin teaches and educates you is amazing, he is encouraging, but not pushy and uses you to help guide him on the weights and your ability in the gym.Outside of the gym, Kevin is always contactable and reachable on his business phone, giving advice on nutrition, weights, exercises and other thingsOverall, he has helped me not only gain confidence in the gym but also improve me physically and mentally. I no longer go into the gym and feel intimidated by the weights.Oh, and Kevin is also a thoroughly nice bloke too.

Kevin is my first PT trainer and I have been training with him since last Dec. He is always very caring, supportive and encouraging. I have learnt a lot of new techniques since and now I’m more confident doing workout in the gym and also enjoy each session with him. I would highly recommend Kevin as a personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Kevin since May 2022 and it’s honestly one of the very best things I’ve ever done for both my physical and mental health. Seeing Kevin for a session is something I look forward to every week and if I have to miss sessions, I really notice a dip in my well-being. I don’t think I could have made a better choice for my personal trainer - not only does Kevin know his stuff, he’s also kind and a great communicator, treating each client in an authentic, individual way to help them achieve whatever it is they want to achieve. Kevin was instrumental in achieving my goal to keep my momentum to lose weight and tone up. I obtained his help when I felt like my progress was plateauing. He gave me bespoke expert guidance on both my workouts and nutrition. I had access to him in-person during our training sessions, via text any time I had a question, and through his innovative Fitness App. The whole time I had him as my personal trainer I knew that I was in great hands. Despite my reliance on his support, he made sure that I was in control of my own progress. I feel very fulfilled that I have reached my goal and since developed a lifestyle that can maintain and further improve what I have achieved. I've been working with Kevin since the beginning of September and the progress I've made has been brilliant. Before working with Kevin, l was intimidated by weight training, but I've become confident when working out in the gym.Kevin has set me a flexible workout routine which is frequently updated as I progress. Kevin also helps me with my nutrition, monitoring my calorie and protein intake to ensure I'm on the correct path to reach my goals.Whether it's during a one to one session or not, Kevin has always been available to answer any of my many many questions at all hours of the day! Kevin is the first PT I’ve ever had, and I am so glad that I chose to work with him. When training with him I always feel motivated to push my limits and that also transfers to when I am working out at home - his fitness app is really helpful when I am at home to keep up with my home workouts, and to track my progress each session. He has created a structured plan for how I will reach my goal for a fitness assessment, so I am never unsure about my progression or how I will achieve it. He is always available by text if I have any questions, and is always kind, encouraging and fun to be around. After only just over a month working with him I feel so much stronger and more confident being in a gym - I really couldn’t recommend him more :)
