A beautiful resting place for your loved ones. My husbands ashes are here in a private grave and I visit it twice weekly and love sitting here in the tranquil surroundings. The gardeners are to be highly praised as they keep the gardens emaculate. You can watch the squirrels doves and ducks here which makes your visit all the more enjoyable. This is to be my final resting place as well and I can’t think of a better place to be.

My dad was cremated ..and returned to us in a Urn..nothing fancy..but wot we expected .. Sadly my mom passed away in May 2018 and was also cremated in Exeter & Devon Crematorium ..I returned to collect her ashes with a friend . I took a look in one of the rooms at the display..so justcame back as the staff member was putting my mom's remains in a 'transport' bag. So didnt really notice anything untoward.. thanked the staff member and went outside..as the surroundings were so beautiful.. stopped and sat on a bench..I looked in the transport bag..& saw a smallish box..I was intrigued at the size..so opened it..i was so upset..my mom's remains were in a PLASTIC BAG..I went back and asked if there was a mistake..why weren't my mom's remains in an Urn..like my dad's to which I was told 'its greener' and my dad would've been in a plastic Urn..she also commented they thought there didnt seem to be a 'lot' ..she then offered to sell me what I can only describe as a Pringles box for £41..to put my mom's ashes in .I am disgusted... are some of my mom's ashes missing?will i ever know..?

Absolutely disgusting. Stopped my grandad going into his sisters funeral yesterday. Over a argument in the family over 7 years ago all because the son didn't want him there. Wouldn't let us explain or stand at the back. Wouldn't even let a door be kept open so we could watch from outside! No compassion,no sympathy. Vile and 4 of them actually surrounded and cornered my grandad a elderly man. Intimidation at its very best. Disgusting behaviour all throughout

Gran went here, heard no complaints from her so far so it seems pretty good. 5/5

It's a beautiful place. I do think there could have been far better signage for the carpark. As its not easy to find at all. It would be nice if on such a stressful day , everything was made easier. Such as parking.

Beautiful surroundings and the staff were very kind and considerate of our feelings. Lawns are well kept and area very peaceful, you wouldn't believe you were in a city...

NO COMPASSIONTo cut a long story short, I lost touch with my biological father over 40 years ago when my Mum suddenly died when I was 10. In 2019 I found out from my brother my Dad who had brought me up wasn't my real father, I then when in search of my real father, with just a first name, around Christmas 2019 I managed to find him with the help of Ancestry DNA, he actually rang me on Christmas Day and said I'm your Dad

The chapel attendant was one of the rudest men I have come across for a long time. He was abrupt, patronising and dictatorial. Try putting your staff through some customer care training, it’s clearly much needed in some cases. Remember, a smile and a good morning cost nothing and if you need people to do something, neither does being polite.

Been overseas I needed to opt for a olvecremation sans ceremony and was glad they could keep my father aches until I could pick him up at my arrival all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful . I was happy to know that my father ashes were keept in dignity. Thanks again to all involved. Huriana Mitchell Gilet
