shocking service.was told to collect a full bathroom suit and when got there it hadn't arrived had to wait an extra week then received the wrong vanity unit and bath panel missing. Will not be recommending this place to amyone

This is my 2nd time using tile mania, the 1st a few years ago, great service and great prices. This time as a single woman attempting renovations myself, I decided to take a 2 hour round trip as I new I would get great advice and value for money. The guys made me very comfortable and gave me lots of advice and tips for successful tiling. I really appreciate it and am looking forward to getting started. I will be back in the summer when I'll be looking for kitchen tiles. Thanks Steve

These guys are amazing, the showroom has such a wide selection of tiles and bathrooms that I was amazed at the ideas it has given me. The suggestions and combinations offered to me were very interesting and opened my mind to a whole new set up. I can't recommend them anymore try them you won't be disappointed

Awful company.Ordered Sunday, spoke Monday, said delivery between Wednesday and Friday. Spoke on Wednesday to confirm whether it would be delivered. They stated that it would but couldn't confirm a time.I spoke to the suppliers! They did not order it from the suppliers until Thursday. 3 days and a team organised for Sunday wasted waiting for stuff that had not been ordered.How could it be delivered Wednesday if they did not order it until Thursday.Avoid at all costs, good price ended up costing me a fortune.Absolute liars!Beware!! Several trading names from the same address.

We got some large format tiles for our en-suite, they look so good and have given me the exact look I wanted in there. Tile Mania have a huge range of tiles for all tastes and budgets and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them

Travelled from Durham to be told we couldn't pick up the tiles as the fork lift driver wasn't in however was promised if we came the following weekend they would put the tiles aside for us. Telephoned on the morning to be told the tiles were not out of stock even though their website and eBay page advised they still had them available. Be wary as there are various trading names under this address.
