A new replacement battery in iPhone 6s fitted by Fix tech prevented phone working. In shop was told this was due to a fault in the phone that would require fixing at £45 in addition to the charge for the battery fitting. But there had never been a problem prior to the new battery being fitted. After some insistence, shop reimbursed me and refitted my old battery and phone worked again.

I had a problem with my screen protector installed by them for samsung s22 ultra and they told me that he cannot help me with it. I went to a different store, purchased OTHER screen protector and came back to this store to get a refund [£10] or half the price paid (£5). He refused to refund money and let me chose merchandise in value of £5.After my experience with them, I would not recommend them.

They were incredibly friendly, professional and speedy! I was not worried at all handing my phone over, and it took around an hour. Would 100% recommend, especially if it's your first time getting a device fixed.
