Artisan Landscapes

I have had the pleasure of seeing Artisan grow over the last year or so and I have to say the quality of the work they produce is first class, their communication is exemplary and I can see why there order book is brimful. If you're looking for a top quality landscaping company look no further.

Positive and professional service. Great team to work with. Good attention to detail. Great at keeping everything tidy and being considerate of neighbours.

Never got to use their service however it took over 6 weeks (including 2 chasing emails) for them simply respond to our enquiry to take on our project.Thank you for taking your time to respond to my review. I appreciate things are difficult at present, which is why I sent follow up emails asking for an update. I was happy to wait but wanted to ensure our enquiry had not been forgotten/lost.I was expecting to be able to discuss timelines, budget and services required before deciding if we could work together. Unfortunately I was not afforded the opportunity to discuss anything. I believe this is the area you need to focus on improving as we are fairly flexible with timelines and with the limited information about our project I could see no reason for your office manager to reject the project.

Swift and high quality work from Artisan Landscapes - they rebuilt an existing but rotten area of decking in our small garden. Very easy to deal with and worked so cleanly - everything had to come through our house but you wouldn't have known it! Highly recommended.

Artisan have transformed my garden into an oasis of calm, it is beautiful. Will and George have done a wonderful job and I can't fault their workmanship. At all points they checked that I was happy with the progress and plans and kept to budget.I would not hesitate to recommend them.Thank you for realising my vision of the perfect garden.

We couldn't be happier with our new patio and the work in our garden. I'm very pleased Artisan did the work for us. Will and his team have been brilliant. They have been professional from the outset, extremely hard working with great ideas, quality materials and such attention to detail. Will has been great at communicating with us from the beginning and has delivered exactly what we wanted for spring as promised.
