This is really worse accommodation in terms of solving the problem. My room has trouble with the door lock system during the night which is about 9 pm. I can’t access to my room because the door cannot open and yes, this is not my fault, not at all. It’s just about the door system. And you know what they have tried to do for me. Just try to place the card like i do and use the specific key which is doesn’t really help. Finally, say “im so sorry , you need to wait until in the morning!!!” Wt* r u kidding me??I need to submit my assignment tmr morning and have online class. I need my laptop!!!All they’re doing is giving me the spare room. Guysss!!! What if they don’t have spare room. What am i gonna do?Stay in the kitchen? Or what? Homeless? What the world giving this service to me. I can’t understand!!!This is not so professional service. Omg!I heard this happened to others as well. Now! I live with concerning about if the door lock again and i need to move without stuffs or what if i have exam tmr. Oh my god!!! I can’t imagine. Poor me!

Definitely no sound proofing room, some room will turn on the music as loud as a pub DJ with heavy annoying bass at night, can’t stay happily. Even the staff help to warn them, they still no care and turn the music up like a pub again and again, very loud noise. Some staff may feel the noise is ok because they just turn down when staff go check then do the DJ again. The room is no sound proof, you could hear all the heavy beat and every sound. The layout that your desk is near the door make you hear when people are walking and talking in the hallway. And it’s so tried to report on the noise problem since there’s no solution - must endure it by yourself. You do respect the socialize rule until 11pm while the troublesome room allow to make very loud noise disturbing others. Can’t focus on my study at all and so suffering. So go away from here if you are looking for quiet happy place.

Studyinn is definitely one of the best accommodations in Exeter in my opinion, having been to visit most of the others, the interior is very cleanly done giving a hotel like sensation while being a student accommodation which is very rare. I have the sapphire plus room which I am VERY satisfied with (photos attached below). The service here is amazing with room cleaning and bed sheets and towels being changed every 2 weeks. Do not forget this is the ONLY accommodation with a steam room and sauna in Exeter which is such a great way to relax after a hard day of school. The staff team here are always there to help in any way possible many thanks to Emily, the center manager, Kelly, Carina, Sarah, Leanne, Wayne and Matt. The outdoor areas on the front and the back of the building are great places to hang out with friends with benches and seats. The ping pong table, pool table and gym are also where my friends and I go during our spare time. The shared kitchens are very spacious with plenty of room for friends to come over and consume non-alcoholic beverages and play with the included PS4 that is attached to the 65inch TVs.The only thing I can complaint about is the placement of the sink within the kitchen, it is slightly inconvenient due to it being in a corner.I am much like to stay here next year but unfortunately, my journey at Exeter is finished but I am sure the next person will enjoy staying at Walnut Gardens, Studyinn,

Studyinn is a place enables students to live with the highest level of convenience by offering a wide range of services akin to a hotel experience such as Gym, conference room and sauna. Whilst also being located a mere 10 minutes away from the city centre high street. The service here is top notch and the staff here are always there to help in any way possible, many thanks to Emily, the centre managermy personal stay here it’s been a blast, I’ve met lots of new friendly people and enjoyed many cooking sessions followed by movie on the tv, which is PROVIDED IN EVERY ROOM. The pool table in the lobby was another great spot to meet new people and enjoy a game of pool. A small nitpick I must note is in kitchen there is a button which controls the electric stove and oven and it automatically turns itself off every 10 minutes making it borderline impossible to cook a long roast without losing your mind. Other than that overall my time here has been a great experience.

Great student accommodation! staff members are so friendly, that they are always ready to help you on your difficulties. I came from different country, and it was little difficult for me to adjust here. StudyInn staff helped me a lot during my initial days to make my journey comfortable.StudyInn provides nice friendly environment, i love spending time on pool and TT tables, This helps me to reduce your stress from studies, at the same time, gives great opportunity to make amazing friends.StudyInn celebrates different festivals, and residents do participate in the festival decoration and celebration. This allows residents for not feeling bored as they are away from family, Also other country residents can learn about the culture of different countries. So, Great way to mix up with people from diverse cultural background .Overall i am loving my stay. Thank you Study Inn

This experience has been a nightmare since I've arrived. I tried to give it a few months to improve, but no such hope can be seen. The noise levels of the construction are unbelievable to the point where it's impossible to study, and the noise levels at night in the courtyard are so terrible I get a good night's sleep. It has severely been affecting my studies and as a result, I've had to spend extra money every week to book myself alternative accommodation. The building is nowhere near finished so this problem is unlikely to be rectified any time soon.Being unable to study and unable to sleep has completely annihilated my mental health and I am barely able to function as a student anymore. It's reached a ridiculous level and I want to end my tenancy.Like many of the other one star reviews on here, the level of care and commitment to students at this place is near to nothing. None of the facilities are worth the pain caused. In addition to this, one of my packages was delivered and went 'missing'. They said they had registered it in their mailroom, but when I went to collect it, they couldn't find it and no solution was offered. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable.

Study Inn Exeter is a great student accommodation option for those attending university in the city. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to the main campus and also close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the building has plenty of common areas, including a large lounge, which are perfect for socialising and studying. In addition to the great facilities, Emily, Kelly and other staff members are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that residents may have. They also regularly organise events and activities for residents to get to know each other and make the most of their time living in the accommodation. They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. They are a huge asset to Study Inn and make it a great place to live. All in all, I highly recommend Study Inn Exeter for students looking for a comfortable and well-managed accommodation option.
