Went for the Red Special Meetup on the 8th of October 2022. As always a wonderful welcome from the staff.

A reasonable sized hall with plenty of chairs and tables, decent hard surface for dancing and a small corner stage. Disabled access is good.The kitchen is small and has only basic facilities, no hot cupboards and not a lot of work surface, only 4 hot plates and an oven, any complex dishes will need to be prepped off site.Decent carpark and adjoining playground. Handy for M4 junction 12 about 5 minutes.

Cheap n cheerful! Lovely bar staff even in busy periods. Has improved loads since our last visit. Good selection of beers and spirits although wine choice could be improved. Lots of seated tables in the open plan arrangement. Toilets a little mucky with a wet floor, maybe a temporary leak needing attention. Good venue for a reasonably priced event with direct access to public recreation field.

I'm a member of the social club & play darts on Thursday nights there. Tuesday nights in the village hall they have jazz night. People are welcoming and friendly.

Visited the social club there was made to feel welcome and also wife goes to bingo there on a Wednesday they have a nice size room to rent out people are so nice can't fault it

A friendly place with decently priced beer! Ample on site parking, with two dartboards, a pool table and a massive projector for sports

Staff are really nice. Place has a 10 pound min on card and a poor selection of beer. Prepare to be stared at if you are new to the place.

Attended a wedding evening party there. Bar wasn't expensive and the staff were very friendly. Toilets were clean and there was a decent size dance floor.
