It's OK. The layout isn't suitable for the amount of customers in there. Everything is cramped and conjested.But the staff are great and stock is decent. The only downside is the layout on a Saturday you can barley take a step inside. The queues from the tills block all access to the frozen goods.

I booked a delivery on Sunday and they forgot 2 bags at the store I rang the store 10 times and no answer to find out why we got less stock and I had to go myself to get it and find out very bad service when u spend 100 pound no sorry or anything very bad service how can you not count the stock before you put in van not happy

Absolutely disgusting placed a order yesterday to be delivered same day between 7-9pm and shopping didn't arrive. Called customer services keep getting cut off and still no shopping has been delivered. I'm now out of pocket £70+ and no shopping. Won't ever be ordering here again.

**update** 29/07.23 - 3 stars instead of 5.I didn't realise the bonus card is only for you to top up money on it. Unlike tesco you get money off when scanning at checkout for club card members and then after you get vouchers. Similiar to sainsburys. I'm not putting Iceland down but I wasted money £90 doing my mums shop and got nothing whereas if I spent that much in tesco or sainsbury's I would have got points!!!Very good offers. Budget friendly. Friendly staff and queues not too big. Has everything yo need, dairy and gluten free and mix amd stch for £5 fruits. Good portion sizes.
