A lot of heavy duty equipment, great for the power lifter or body builder. Has a section dedicated to CV. Good, friendly atmosphere and at a real decent price too.

Decent gym, stayed down lowerstoft for 2 weeks the prices are great for what the gym is, staff are friendly and the music is good, you can’t ask for much more than that

visited while up visiting family... was up for a week so great choice for a gym to train every morning for a very small fee. highly recommend to those looking for a tempery gym in the area or even for a permanent one looking for a new one to motivate yourself again. great prices and staff are very welcoming and friendly... I'll definitely be back next time I'm in lowerstoft for the week.

Visited while holidaying in Great Yarmouth. Superb powerlifting gym, friendly patrons, patient and very helpful staff. Wonderful.
