I would highly recommend Constable & Toop. We had a wonderful service from Becky, Kerri and the rest of the team. They were very supportive and compassionate throughout a very difficult time. They made sure we gave our beloved dad the best possible send off. We had already used them for mum's funeral 5 years ago and were very satisfied with the way things went then which is why we used them again. Thanks to you all for making such a difficult process a little more bearable.

Great organisation from Becky and Sheree prior to the day of my fathers funeral. Kerri and her team looked after us amazingly well before and after the service and I must also mention our celebrant Julie Powell who brought together such a touching eulogy with what appeared to be so little information from us. I would definitely recommend Constable and Toop to provide a funeral service. They are sympathetic to your needs and understand your vulnerability at such a difficult time. They discuss in detail your requirements in an unhurried way and guide you. The funeral arranger that we had Mrs Becky Gray in Belvedere was very helpful and supportive. They get the little details right, the things you may of forgotten or even overlooked. Becky provided exactly the funeral we wanted for our mother even recommended florists and clergy but never forcing her choices upon us. I have to say her guidance was a relief and eased our burden and she got it right with her experience. I like the fact that they care for your loved one to such an extent they talk to them. For me it made me feel my mum wasn't alone or abandoned which was comforting in a strange way. You are never hurried for payments which helps when you are waiting for insurances etc. The after care is second to none in that you can always pop in for a chat and at Christmas time leave a message on their tree for your late relative. One year later they are helping me with the headstone and again working with me to make the right choices. I am so impressed by their service and attention to detail I am even buying a funeral plan for myself for when I pass away which I hope is far off.

From the moment we walked into Constable and Toop, Kerri made us feel like family. It was so reassuring knowing our Mum was going to be looked after right upto the end! My brother and I were very happy with the funeral services provided by the Constable & Toop team at Belvedere. We have used Constable & Toop on both the occasion of our father's death and also when our mum died more recently. On both occasions Constable & Toop have provided an excellent service and have dealt with our parents and ourselves with respect and kindness. On the day my mum died suddenly, Becky at Constable & Toop was very helpful and continued to liaise with us to make all the necessary arrangements - thank you.

The gravestone for my wife's parents had been marked as unsafe by the cemetery and was also in need of cleaning. I contacted Constable & Toop in Upper Belvedere on line as we do not live locally to where my wife's parents are buried. They could not have been more helpful. I dealt with someone called Becky who made everything simple and easy to arrange and kept me informed every step of the way. They did a lovely job for us at a very good price. I thoroughly recommend them and we are very pleased.

We used Constable and Toop for both my dads and more recently my mums funerals. They give excellent support and are very understanding of the needs of the family. They have continued helping even after the funeral. Mum and Dad were both treated with the upmost respect and dignity.
