I recently came here to buy new bras and get measured after a year and after weight gain. I was not made to feel embarrassed or ashamed. The lady who did my consultation was professional and knew what she was talking about. Would definitely recommend and come here again. Thank you Jess!

I’m 7 months pregnant and was feeling self conscious over my new big chest. I came in yesterday feeling overwhelmed at trying to find a bra for my new shape. The staff were amazing. Girls on the floor and till today we’re lovely, the woman in the changing rooms doing the fittings was not very nice. She was very judgemental and not very helpful I wouldn’t recommend going to see her for fittings! It really makes it impossible to spend £40 on a bra without knowing your size so had to leave and will try somewhere else

Unfortunately they were closed but I called then and explained drhta I don't really visit town very often and she allowed me in to refund a dressing gown that was no good. Very good service I feel

I have bought my underwear and night wear from Boux for a long time and can find no reason to go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, helpful ready to help but not intrusive. They know a woman enjoys a good browse. The quality of goods is second to none. I have garments I have washed so many times an they still look like new. The choice is extensive. I enjoy wandering around even when I don't want or need anything.

My first visit was an enjoyable experience. I was attended to by a lovely young lady named Jess. She made me feel comfortable & at ease during my free bra fitting following a bad experience at another well known store. Her product knowledge & advice was excellent. She was so helpful & friendly. I bought quite a few items of excellent fit & quality & can only say that I received excellent customer service throughout.

Really good service! I felt so at ease with these guys. Had a fitting and was given a tour around the shop. I didnt feel at any point that i was being pressured to buy something and well felt like these guys really knew their stuff. I noticed they were pretty busy bit under pressure with fittings but everybody seemed to be keeping it together. Im impressed and will be telling people to visit. Other competitors need to take note. Keep it up girls!!

I popped in yesterday for the first time and all 3 girls working there were so so lovely and kind. Really helpful said hello and asked me if I needed anything and explained where things were. Probably one of the best shops I've been into. Unfortunately didn't find anything I was looking for but I will absolutely be back again

Beautiful items but their sizes are way off in the bra section. I wear a 38 back everywhere but their 38 barely went round my sides!! Pjs and other items are fab though.

As a former employee, sale assistants are all so so so lovely; i think they were the only part of the job i enjoyed. However, one of the managers created quite a hostile environment, putting me on ~40hrs a week after i stated i couldnt due to my disability.Managers, ontop of being ableist, are also transphobic as they tell sale assistants to make assumptions on a person's gender, in order to let them into a changing room or not. Furthermore, a lot of the service that the sale assistants provide (which managers force)is degrading for a minimum wage job and shouldnt be necessary for that pay level. Love the rest of the staff though :) <3
