Doggroomology

Dolly Doodle has been going to Doggroomology all her life. 7yrs. Joined 2 yrs later by my cockapoo Romeo. Dolly has a big op on her leg 3 months ago and couldn't be groomed because she was housebound so when she was allowed out beginning of Feb she was a curly mess. Becca and the girls took so much care and time with her, giving her the breaks she needed. Becca showed so much compassion for her as she was still in pain and limping. I can't recommend Doggroomology enough. I would never go anywhere else. Owner Rebecca is pretty special too. Thanks lovely girls . 5stars.

Friendly staff who find out exactly how you want your dog's cut. Definitely the best hair cuts both my boys have had!! We usually have a case of doggy depression after a hair cut but not after this one!

The groomer called if I could attend 3 hours earlier than my actual appointment because they had a massive 3 hour window so I rearranged my work and at the end they charged me £5 for being late 15 minutes for collection! Very disappointed as I have done them a favour, be careful all.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend. On Wednesday my grandparents Cavapoo went in for a summer cut. The groomer also cut her (quite noticeably) on her privates and have denied responsibility; telling them only when they collected her that she had “knots” and would probably lick it as they cut it short… when my nan called to inform them they had actually cut the dog (after my nan had cleaned up blood and taken her to the vets who confirmed she had been cut by the groomers) they denied it! And tried to say it was just because the dog was licking and the manager had checked her before she was collected and found that she was fine…absolutely appalling. Left the poor girl in pain, reluctant to go on her walks, or toilet. If they hadn’t lied and had accepted responsibility this review wouldn’t have been needed.

Very friendly and accommodating. My terrier knows exactly where he is going and is keen to go in as soon as he arrives. He was given a lovely short spring clipping a couple of weeks ago and looked just as a terrier should. In the winter he had a much lighter trim so he wouldn't be cold. They are based in the Arc vets surgery so it really is a one stop shop.

They Completely Messed our dogs hair cut!.They didn't look at our specific instructions and cut her hair as they thought was correct. TOSSERS.!!Would NEVER go back, Even after they refunded our money as they new they made a cock up.

Fantastic handling of my Spanial, professionalism in abundance and a very friendly greeting, my dog felt so relaxed he didn't even look back when I handed him over, the look of him after his session was fantastic, will most definitely be booking more appointments in the future.

Having a few issues with groomers, we then found Doggroomology. Our little westie comes out of his grooming sessions so happy and the cuts are always perfect and exactly to what we ask for. Could not be happier with the service we get at Doggroomology.
