Went to get bonnet on my bmw x6 repaintedBecause of stone chips they team made it very Easy to book in and a courtesy car was sorted and the finished job was excellent as always as I have use them many Times

please do not take your car to Hendy group they don't know how to repair cars I took my lexus rx to do little job they missed up this how they bring it back to me and the light not working and big gaps on the front bumper look at photos they said this normal repair, you can look at photos by yourself see if this repair normal or not big gap on the lower bumper

TLDR:Taking on more work than they have space for or can handle, If your car is more than just an A->B tool don't risk it.Went to get a quote for damage to rear and NSR as Hendy was manufacturer approved. Explained that the car was not just an A to B car but my pride and jjoy and that I was fussy about paint match. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks and given assurances by Jason would be well looked after.Repair took over 5 months and when collected one of the panel dents hadn't been removed and the OS rear wheel had kerb damage. Hendy denied damaging the wheel as they didn't have any kerbs but I know there was no wheel damaged and many photos were taken. Also the OS rear panel was repainted when I was specifically told this side would not be matched to the bumper. So draw your own conclusions. Car had to go back to have dent removed and orange peel buffed out. They refitted the original reversing/fog light complete with blown bulbs from the accident. Car was then dinged in their storage/car park which is worse than a supermarket car park but had to cut my loses with them.

Superb service by Jason and his team. Quality of the repair was excellent, and I appreciate the extra effort they made for me to have my Bentley back in time to take my niece to a wedding. My thanks to Keith for making sure it came back shiny and bright!

This company are the repairers for my insurance company.There service was so poor , they repaired the bumper and paint behind it to my vehicle! The bumper is not fitted correctly ( to far from the vehicle) the plastic mouldings are just left flapping in the wind !!! I telephoned for progress on 4 occasions each time I was told ( we’ve been wait for a part it’s here now the vehicle is progressing) 5weeks it took ! I’ll have to take it elsewhere now to get it put right ! They just don’t care !

My son's car went in for repair as this was the insurance companys approved bodywork repair shop. The car was there for almost four weeks as the wrong parts were ordered / delivered.We were only made aware of the reason for delay after numerous phone calls. They rarely answer the phone.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any bodywork carried out.Also, to thank Les and the team for the fantastic service and the level of work carried out on my car. You wouldn't even know that any bodywork had been carried out on my car.
