Really happy with the services.This was my first time purchasing a house and Aberdein Considine (Mortgage and conveyancing) was very helpful throughout the process and gave me all of the information needed at various stages.I had a free Mortgage advise appointment with Paul Gregory (Mortgage adviser) who gave me all of the information needed regarding the local market and available mortgages considering my affordability.After my mortgage has been confirmed, Aberdein Considine conveyancing team helped me to buy the property.

Horrible experience. ON MY DAY ONE, the charged me for the repair of a faulty and old door lock. I was locked out of my room and everything I had was in there. I even had to ask people on the streets in the COLD to use their phones to call them and they said it wasn’t an EMERGENCY!!! I couldn’t even buy food or water for hours!!! They weren’t even planning to bring the locksmith that day if not that I pushed!!! Maybe because I’m not Scottish I was treated HORRIBLY!!!

I have dealt with Jade Shepperdson for over 12 years now for the letting of our flats in Aberdeen and have always had first class service from her and also John Sherwood in her absence. They are highly responsive, always keeping me informed at every stage of the process and also keeping us up to date with letting regulations, etc. I can’t recommend the letting team highly enough.

Don’t use Aberdein Considine terrible company, had a done deal with an offer accepted and in place and they turned around and told us we didn’t have it. Absolute joke, first time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder and can’t even help us do that. Thanks for nothing

They have always been able to help me with any legal enquiry I have had and were able to sort out any problems which may have occurred during our dealings. I had a viewing today very far from my house, I had to take a taxi to get there and there was nobody in the flat for the viewing. Moreover the company didn’t send me an email or a text message or even bothered to call to inform me that the viewing got cancelled
