Love Yoga Leicester
Pregnancy Yoga with Rachel is absolutely beautiful. No matter what stage of your pregnancy you are at, there are movements and breathing exercises for everyone. Rachel has taught me how to look at birth positively and to enjoy the natural experience. I would recommend Rachel to anybody who is expecting a baby as her classes are beautiful and really insightful to pregnancy! She makes you excited for birth and how to implement her moves and positions for when the time comes. It has definitely put me in a much more calmer mindset for birth and labour. Thank you Rachel x
