Rivervale Service and MOT

Brought our 2006 Mercedes 350SL from France for MOT. Great service - car was looked after and we were looked after. The way it should be. Thanks to Ben and the boys.

Friendly, efficient and affordable.Pros- MOT slotted in despite them being busy- Fixed a failed component fast and without hassle- Comfortable waiting area- Offered free coffeesCons- Parking and entrance is confusing. Too many signs contradicting one another.

I can’t praise the team at Rivervale Service and MOT enough.The team at Rivervale made me feel so welcome, even offering me a Starbucks coffee on arrival! (And during my stay) I was updated throughout the service whilst I sat comfortably in the customers waiting area.The service was completed promptly (Two hours) with every detail covered on a comprehensive check list.I really felt this service was like nothing I’ve experienced before - I now won’t go anywhere else!

Refreshingly honest garage staff. Took my 20 year old Volvo there after asking to purchase a new battery, staff were suspicious from what I cold tell them that I was threating unnecessarily and offered to test it for free. Battery confirmed as being sound. Fault may be with the starter motor, but was advised to wait to see if the problem came back or was a random blip.

we brought a car £7,500 from Jeff he said any problems contact us ,we could not get on with 3 door .took 3 weeks answer calls . then offered us a car worth £5000 because he said how much the price of our car had gone down very poor service .3 weeks he said it dropped £2,500 would be no stars

WOW! Did not disappoint 'MIFA 9' MPV. I have been looking for an Electric MPV with a 250+ mile range for some time (Google it you'll find a very short list) then the MIFA 9 comes into the market & it will surprise you. A true 7 seater in real comfort in the most basic model through to pampered total luxury at the top of the range. Passenger windows (that open) 2 massive sunroofs. There is a reasonable sized boot for luggage as a 7 seater but put the 60/40 rear seats down & it's massive. Yes at a little over £65k it's a far investment but with the level of Quality & Luxury built-in you would be very hard pressed to find like for like for less than £100k.

My Mazda 3 failed on engine management light and was idling poorly. Riverdale diagnosed leaky injector seals and leaking inlet manifold seals.All cured at less than 3 hours labour. Very reasonable charge for a tricky problem. Apologies for being tricky I had ongoing dental issues for a week!

Lovely lad on service reception. Biggish problem with the car. Kept me advised with what was happening and given a very accurate estimate. Can thoroughly recomend Rivervale
