Very poor, do little in the way of managing properties.Rely on tenants reporting problems as opposed to getting out and checking. Very expensive . Do not check work done by contractors as that would mean leaving the comfy chair and office.

Waste of time to call them and waste of money. Very expensive.Owners reporting problems No response. All the time only receptionist answers the phone to inform that manager is out of office or manager is unavailable. The receptionist there is absolutely unuseful as she never knows anything.Reported some issues jobs not done for 3 years! Completely ignorance from your side!We don't want to pay you anymore !!!
