Holly Smith has been absolutely amazing with me. She was dedicated to what I wanted and I was absolutely delighted with the results. She is a fantastic dentist and I'm delighted with the results. I wish she was my regular dentist.

I have let a lot of things go over the years with this dentist mainly because I know humans make mistakes and things happen and it's what they do after. So when they dropped tools in my mouth and made of right with an apology in let it go.I never thought I would be writing about my experience today. I called last night as I had an injury to my wisdom tooth. There was a lot of swelling and my face felt like it was on fire. They said they couldn't give me an appointment told me to come in the morning and I would be seen. Annoyed but ok. Nothing we can do.Take time off work and come in this morning was asked my details. Took my DOB wrong 3 times. I am rather soft spoken so I get you can't hear me but to turn to your colleague and make off hand remarks about it is not ok.I am then told I might not be seen until 1pm from first thing 9am not expecting s red carpet i said I'm happy to wait but taking time away from work I might need to leave after an hour or two. The receptionist as I'm walking to the waiting room screams. No you are not going into the waiting room on that basis you can either wait or get an appointment that's just how it is" I then said I didn't really have much choice. She then goes "the next appointment is next month so are you going to wait?"I have never been more confident in walking out and finding a new dentist. If this is how you treat a human being in general I hate to think about how you are treating teeth. Absolute disgrace for customer service."

Can't believe people posting negative reviews. Have had bad dentists in the past but Bank street is like a breath of fresh air. Staff always polite and helpful and I have been seen same day as phoning for treatment. 5 stars all the way.

Avoid this place like the plague they have caused me permenant damage due to being om pcp and not removing a screw in implant that was causing me several pain animals

Very poor experience ,reception staff very poor customer service care awful, dentist and hygienist very good. After waiting over 2 months for an appointment sat in reception for 40 minutes had to go back to reception and told an emergency was running late which is understood, and no apology for wasting my time or not having the courtesy to come in and tell me about it.so was given another appointment 7 weeks said it was no use to me as on holiday. Told it was the best the receptionist could do .this is not good enough customer service . Cold not wait any longer as a key worker had to leave for work I know awful experience I know people are under strain at work but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way.

All very quick for my appointment and everything explained very simply.

I needed emergency treatment but have not been in 6 years, i was shocked to find i was still registered with them due to covid. Arrived at 9am spoke to reception and expecting to wait hours but to my delight was seen straight away, i had root canal done and was home by 9.30am. 2 days later pain free, amazing standard of customer service done by all. I cant remember the dentist name but she was pregnant and the assistant were brilliant thanks again to everyone.

Mr Marshall as always was just great today. I arrived 9 am without an appointment I was seen right away... explained my left upper two front crowns had broken off on New Year's Day. He took an impression and removed the root. I took the impression to the Newmilns Lab who added two teeth on to my existing denture and delivered it back to dentist early afternoon to allow Mr Marshall to fit it.. Was perfect I am so happy and cannot praise highly enough.. Thank you Mr Marshall.

I live in Los Angeles, back in Irvine visiting family. Dental care is excellent (and expensive) in the USA. When I was last here in April I had a dental emergency and booked an appointment here and saw Holly Smith. An excellent dentist! Very skillful. I liked her work so much I just saw her again for some more work. One of the best dentists I’ve seen, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
