Torn in between two stars or three stats. I came for a different issue and the vet seemed very pleasant and patient and took his time to explain. The young receptionist on the other hand... Well, because of her negative, unhelpful way of speaking to me there's a snowball's chance in hell I'd register any of my small pets here. Which was what I was asking her about.

My fur baby attended here yesterday with my parents. They are now going to be taking him here instead of their local vet. We all thought it was coming to the point of having to make a very heartbreaking decision but that was not the case. These people certainly know what they are doing and to know that there is hope for my boy and he can live a good doggy life with his condition.With their help, it means he can come home to me!!We wanted a scan to see if there was anything sinister going on, on the advice of local vets. But they said there was no need to spend money, when it was not necessary. I’m confident in their decision and they explained things in “easy to understand” terms.Honestly, if I could give higher than 5 stars I would!!

Got the worst news about our poor dog but how it was given was very caring and compassionate. We weren't rushed and all of our questions were answered honestly.

I took my Belle to be spaid and she was so very well looked after, I couldn't of asked for better care. A wonderful job by some really truly beautiful warm and loving people, just what you want when you visit your local vet.

Lovely friendly staff. Linked to university so have trainee veterinary staff who also examine your pet under supervision. Very thorough and helpful explain in detail your pets problem and subsequent care and treatment. Great team.

Been here a few times with my Dragon Diva" and she has been treated extremely well on all occasions! Would recommend this place for exotic species."

Absolutely brilliant vets, not a bad wors to say, looked after my little guy really well and all the staff are really polite and pleasant

Went here just over 2 weeks ago, We had 3 of our Cat's Microchipped, they also weighed them. The place is clean & the Staff are very helpful

Absolutely lovely place cant fault it. Easy to get an appointment quickly, and really reasonable price. Took our rescue lizard and it was so straightforward and helpful. Think we might move our cat from its other vet, as this one is lots nicer.

I was waiting at the bus stop and saw the biggest rat I have ever seen rummaging around near the car park.They do seem to provide pretty good care for my dog and two cats although they overcharge for prescription/drug costs compared to other vet pharmacies.
