Absolute worst practice, the practice lost my dads test results which he was waiting for potentially colon cancer, not even an apology from the receptionist. I've been on hold for 30 minutes, a formal complaint is now going in to the practice and my local mp as my father is limbo and potentially has colon cancer but the practice don't care and have lost his results. Absolute disgrace.

Happy with my doctor and feel my care is thorough when able to be in contact. Missed a telephone appointment at 3:21, called the surgery straight back and got through by 3:22, to be told I have to schedule a new appointment now and I have to wait another week for a new telephone appointment? Pretty frustrating after already waiting a week for the telephone appointment; to which no actual appointment time was given, just a 4 hour timeframe. But I just missed the call, returned the call within the space of less than 1 minute and now have to wait another week to speak to my GP, still just over the telephone. Have had no other issues with the surgery, this is the first time this has happened, just pretty surprised and disappointed by the telephone appointments procedure.

Poor service - ridiculous system of trying to force everyone to use the online form. Actually speaking to a receptionist who tells you they dont book appointments over the phone!!! Covid has made it very easy for this poor, detached service to happen!!

Ii have been a patient for many years and are more than satisfied with the level of care I had. Times have changed due the the worldwide pandemic and the surgery have had to adapt to this which has been difficult but due to the reception staff thus has been aviate properly. They provide a fantastic service a.d always on point and do their utmost to ensure that you get best level of service available at any given time.

In spite of the unimaginable pressures the GP practice must be under I feel they have adapted well to the pandemic. I've still received prompt and excellent care - I filled in the online form and had a face to face appointment soon after.The Dr took my symptoms and concerns seriously and I felt listened too.Some of the negative comments below are unfair and clearly written by people with personality issues who don't understand why the NHS has had to adjust to extremely challenging circumstances.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and am extremely happy with staff and doctors, but I am not happy with this new phone in system and the online form you need to fill out before even getting a call back, what happened to speaking to reception and then they make an appointment to see doctor, it's not an accident and emergency department at a hospital we are going to. It's becoming to detached from patients to doctors. It's far too stressful an endeavour now

I have been a patient with this surgery for six months and I am forced to look for another surgery now following various bad experiences.They seem to be unable to retain staff. This leads to constant confusion at the reception desk because often the person your speaking to is clueless.They mixed up my prescriptions several times. Even when I've sent the details in writing through their online request form. (Which is often not working as they seem to be having lots of issues with their website.)The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Generally treat you as an annoyance that must be tolerated.You usually won't see a doctor, but a Nurse. Who will see you, then tell you to sod off, and they'll speak to the doctor and then they'll call you back. I swear to God.I had one nurse trying to get blood out of my arm, after three times she told me to go away and make another appointment for someone else to try another day!I've tried to give them a chance to see if things improve, but at this point think it's time to move on.

During my time at this practise it was just a nightmare. They prescribed me wrong and dangerous medication, lied to my face on numerous occasions, refused to put hospital referrals in even though they knew the hospital waiting time as I explicitly told them; to then to be referred months later and then be told that they did it in punctual and amazing time frame; and they are all wonderful. Genuinely this happened; this was my response I received from the practise manager to my formal complaint. Received X-ray results as print out from the receptionist because they couldn’t be bothered to actually phone and tell me results a came back; and even then the receptionist didn’t even know what I was talking about when asked. Received a print out of my medical records; they were an absolute mess; when Mary Emmott the practise manager was asked about this; I was told they are only legally obligated to provide a copy. I asked for a letter to explain to my work what is going on; after 3 months; I receive a quote of £250 for a one paged letter; hilarious; got it for free within two hours from another branch of the NHS. I also received passive aggressive messages and letters sent to my house telling me to change practise. I tried to talk to the Glasgow Health board about this disgraceful service; it’s not their issue according to them and they have no idea who’s issue it is. Therefore these actual cowboy doctors ruin peoples life’s daily.
