I've been going to Charlie for about 5 years now - my nails have never looked so smart! She's very friendly and always cheerful plus she really knows her stuff. I've had frequent massages with her which are really great - she has a real talent for knowing how firm it needs to be to make it worth while without hurting! I've just been to her new home salon this morning and will be returning weekly for as long as she'll let me!
