Our experience with Wren in general and our kitchen designer Eve in particular has been superb from start to finish. Eve was patient, creative and determined. She is extremely personable, cheerful and has an infectious, “can do”, attitude! We have ended up with a beautiful kitchen, supplied totally by Wren, including all cupboards and appliances. The delivery of our Wren furniture was carefully planned and superbly executed. My wife and I can’t praise this company enough. The furniture is beautifully made and and my wife and I are delighted with the end result.

We’ve just had Kerry design our kitchen and she was amazing, she made sure that we got as much space in our kitchen as well as keeping it all with budget, we couldn’t be happier! Kelly was also a star with showing us around and helping us with the little touches. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Wrens were very good Colin was our representative and he helped us choose the kitchen and his measurements were exactly right. He also helped us when we had questions along the way. I would recommend Wrens

We had a whole new kitchen designed and supplied by Wren kitchens. Friendly, efficient, not too pushy. Really impressed with the design process and delivery was reasonably prompt from point of deposit. The kitchen delivery went smoothly and the finished product was just as we hoped. Only one issue with a damaged door and this was replaced with no quibbles. Overall very happy with Wren.

Wren order number 37113671, so they can reply if they seem fit! The rating would be ZERO if it was possible. Everything about this kitchen company has been a nightmare!I'm not going to try to 'black cat' anyone/anything that others have written on the group (on Facebook! search for it or beware). But just to inform you of our problems, so far.Saw the Wren advert and needed a kitchen so thought would give them a try. That was spring last year, very swept up technical support & plan to get you to sign up to the interest free deal. So far so good.Long story but eventually the kitchen turned up in Nov! We looked at the units and (unsurprisingly (now)) they were of a pretty poor standard! Inside(s) chipped, scratches, marks and just poor quality. So, like many, took photos, spoke to the installation team manager who informed us 'most clients just let us have access to their houses, leave us to it and then will see the finished product later.' But we're not MOST clients (we were going to be there throughout) and we wanted to ensure that what we were spending over £20k on, plus installation, was of a good standard. Then, after about 2 months (numerous phone messages, texts, emails) 'our' field agent was, eventually, involved. He said that the units were all produced to the furniture industry standard!Well they may be but that standard must be fairly low (my comment!).He then tried to quote trading standards to my wife; she, diligently, called Trading Standards to be told that we (as customer) can refuse any items if they are not of a suitable standard. The Wren, agent, eventually agreed to replace all of the damaged units except the one (which we suggested was of a poor quality, even though the damage was at the rear!) large carcass.Several conversations/days later, we told him we either wanted all (damaged) units replaced or Wren remove everything and we would go elsewhere. We also gave them a timeline of 2 weeks as this had been going on for 4 months, to then. They, finally, relented! So, Monday, ALL the 'old/damaged' units were flat packed; Tuesday the 'rubbish' was collected and today the new kitchen was delivered. We also stipulated that if ANY of these units are substandard then that is it! Wren collect everything and we'll go elsewhere.Stress has been ridiculous, no kitchen (oven, cooker, sink, washing machine) for 4 months; nearly a year from us walking in the showroom in Basingstoke; carcasses in the kitchen, lounge, garage and neighbours garage.Today, the new units turned up having been through 'some QC' process. Unfortunately, as we'd expected, there were at least 6 of 10, we looked at, damaged in some way. We didn't bother with examining the 6 as we were fed up by then. Now, to try and get some money back, I doubt very much whether we'll get anything in the way of compensation for not having a kitchen for 4 months and counting. My advice stay well clear and don't be taken in by their advert or swanky looking showrooms.

We were really pleased with the service from the beginning. We were given time to design the kitchen and never felt rushed. Our designer advised several visits so we could think about what we needed. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the installation team they recommended were really great too.

We found the service to be superb. Whether Wren is to your taste or not, the experience was very good. Our designer was attentive, personable, friendly and listened. They also provided lots of creative and innovative ideas that aligned with our goals and surpassed them. The facilities are good. Nice toilets, comfy sofas where you work with you designer in a more private space. Tea, coffee and plenty of biscuits.Being able to interact with your design in a VR (virtual reality) room was really great. It made the design come alive and enabled a much better understanding of what we had created and what the installation would be like. The sense of space and flow was more than you'd get from a 3D image.

The whole experience with Wren has been faultless from start to finish. We were lucky enough to have Ben Smith who had the patience of a saint with us.So helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. He linked us up with the best kitchen fitting company and the best kitchen fitter you could wish for.My kitchen is just stunning, it’s everything and more.If you are looking for a new quality kitchen it would be hard to beat Wren and Carlito’s the fitters.Wren you need to promote Ben, you have a top man selling a top product.Thank you so much.

I was out for a meeting during my work day. I took a hire car that is parked up in a designated bay marked Car club only on the road and by signage. When I returned from the meeting a Wren Kitchens Lorry was in the bay and across double yellows.I cannot leave a hire car anywhere other then the bay without being fined. Initially I Called local Wren dealership to be told that only there head office could help. After being put on hold eventually the driver came back. I asked him to move because it was the hire bay he just said whatever" and walked back to the cab meal deal in hand.I went up to him and rather then a "sorry i'll move" I was told his boss said he could park in the car club only bay and on double yellows and he needed to get on with work the irony being that i was the one who was now late for further work meetings and he had clearly just returned from lunch
