I just purchased this stunning pendant light from Taylor'd Lightng & Interiors.What I loved most was I was able to have this light customised and add black flex to match my staircase. Although I chose 3 lights I think I'll add one more to give a fuller look as the drop in the landing is quite large and needs another light. John has been absolutely awesome. Great communication and very helpful, he said he's able to squeeze in another light in the center! The shop is stunning with very unique designs and a range of variety from ultra contemporary to traditional and vintage styles. I've been to alot of light shops but this definitely beats them all in every way. I'm looking forward to selecting lights for my family room and bedroom from here too! Highly recommended!

Don't often leave a review - Taylor'd are a very good company. Communication was excellent. We bought 9 identical lamps. 3 needed a flex extension, which John organised - after specially sourcing flex to match the other six. Then, he personally delivered the lamps to Berkhamsted (50 miles away) as the lights were fragile. 10/10 for service. Highly recommended

It is just a beautiful shop to visit and full of choices of lighting and other home decor items. As soon as I enter the door and I knew I would find something I like. Highly recommended ! Very friendly staff and excellent service !

They are the BEST! I had two lamps that I had brought out from the States that were in pieces, but to me precious beyond compare as they belonged to my mother. I picked them up from the shop last week and they had been completely re-wired with love. I am so happy!

An amazing selection of lighting, but the key thing is that the employees know what they are talking about. I found the service to be of the highest level and they pulled out all the stops to get my chosen lights for the date I needed them. Great advice and good service. I recently brought in a large ceiling light which had been bought from the shop around 15 years ago and had stopped working. John suspected a blown thermal fuse which was confirmed after being checked over by the workshop. They ordered two new fuses for me and refused any offer of payment. I cannot recommend Taylor’d Lighting highly enough.

Visited this shop yesterday. The stuff was very helpful, knowledgable and professional. Customer service exceeded my expectations. Great choice of lamps, ceiling lights,Shades and many more. The seller explained how to install the lights and was very understanding and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and whole experience, thank you!
