Terrible! Avoid this man. His communication is awful. Took over a month to do drawings- in which time ignored calls and texts. I had to go to his house in the end to see what was going on. Then completely ruined my extension. Made the extension 200mm less than the main house and knock through! My spec was for the ceiling to flow through from the original house. He completely took advantage of me- and was quick to take his cash!I called, messaged, and he ignored me. It cost me £2500 to resolve his shamble design. He Designed some ridiculous parapet wall saying “I have to have this”. Then said that’s what I asked for! I didn’t even know what a parapet wall was! Do not use him. He is rude, ignorant and completely incapable of design! Biggest regret I have done in a long time trusting this man.
